Cote has high ceilings and original features so you'll find plenty of character and charm throughout. The cottage benefits from a spacious living room with exposed beams, comfy sofas and a flat screen TV. Ideal for relaxing, you can get lost in a good book or snuggle up with your loved ones and watch your favourite shows.
Sharing the space is the kitchen diner which features sage green cupboards and black worktops. You'll have everything you could need to make home cooked meals during your stay as the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and cookware.
The dining area has a breakfast bar style table and four bar stools to ensure all guests are catered for.
Cote has two bedrooms, one on the ground floor and another on the first floor. Both bedrooms are cosy spaces and boast ample storage space, bedside table and lamps, and double beds with plush white bedding.
The family bathroom can be found on the ground floor and is complete with a spacious shower, WC and wash basin.
Outside you'll find a communal grassed area and a courtyard with outdoor furniture. A real bonus, the outdoor space at Winnows Hill Farm is fantastic if you want to relax outside during your visit.

The closest train station to Ruffside is Stocksfield which is a 20 minute drive away. Stocksfield is a small yet sprawling commuter village which is served by the Tyne Valley Line, with trains running to Newcastle, Hexham and Carlisle. A number of connecting routes can also be found from these stations so getting to other locations around the UK could not be easier.
The 773 bus route travels through to Consett from Ruffside.
