Location:
The hut is in an absolute solitude, wonderfully quiet and sunny place, 1 km under the Lachtal, surrounded by meadows, pastures where the cows are in summer.
Distances:
Skiarea Lachtal in 1km, small shop, inn 1 km (open during the season), otherwise nearest town Oberwölz 10km away. Cross-country ski and toboggan run 1km. In the summer, ideal for mountain biking, long walks directly to huts from the house!
Equippment:
The non smoking chalet has on the ground floor: living room with lounge, satellite TV, kitchenette with electric cooker, wood stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, espresso machine. Bathroom with Jacuzzi, shower, toilet. Upper floor: 1 room with double bed and single bed, 1 room with 3 single beds. Basement floor: 1 four-bed room with double bed and extendable sofa, if needed. Shower/toilet, infrared cabin. Wood-fired central heating. In front of the hut are seats and a barbecue.
Additional charges on-site:
Electricity 0,50/kWh, local tourism tax currently 2,50/person/night. Lump-sum for working expenses/stay including the costs for the bed linen: summer 80,-/winter 100,-. Pet 50,-/stay. Deposit 300,-.
