Positive: Nice atmosphere, wine bar next door. Most amenities available. Parking easy, Everything very clean, nice room and breakfast as you can expect.

Negative: Inflexibility, only very early checkin available (?) and if you come later even if indicated you get unexpected extra costs at checkout. In general if you do not fit their exact timings (breakfast only from 8-10) you are treated as a nuisance. Minor points are no coffee-tea in the room and outdated tv system w/o netflix.
