Summary: Wonderful staff. Great customer service at front desk and restaurant. My room (which was barely any more than others in the area) came with free breakfast, free castle entry, and free afternoon tea with sandwiches and sweets. We were upgraded to a suite with a balcony and views of the castle. Nothing bad to say about my stay.
