Summary: I stayed in a nice room with Ocean view #308. the bathroom, the bed, and the small refrigerator were good. They are located nearby a large supermarket. The place is in an area that you need a car to stay here. There is nothing nearby. You cannot walk to restaurants or to a beach. They have a small pool with a nice view to the ocean. The best part of the hotel was the dive shop. The dive master is excellent (Bruce), he learned to dive in the Honduran Navy. Also, he help me make small repairs to my scuba equipment. These are things they can improve. The general internet connection was not good, we complained and they ended up helping us. You should NOT need a code for each device that connects to the internet (each phone and each laptop) , that is ridiculous. We complained about it and they listened and helped. The breakfast was ok. And, we had to ask for bread, jelly, and butter, otherwise, they would not bring it to us. At first, I did not know they had bread or juice, I had to ask to find out. Their breakfast buffet table was missing several things, if you did not ask, you did not get. Same with service for the room, we asked for it to be cleaned after two days without service. The following day it was cleaned and they brought us fresh towels. The faucet handle on the shower was broken, the drain cover in the sink was broken. At the end, they were friendly and they listened to us.
