The wooden holiday home is surrounded by pure nature and wonderful hiking and riding trails. The state capital Klagenfurt, the famous Wörthersee and Italy are only 30 minutes away by car. The Simonhöhe, a hiking and biking paradise and in winter the nearest ski area with 15 kilometers of slopes and 7 lifts, can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Other well-known ski areas such as the Bad Kleinkirchheim ski area with 103 kilometers of slopes and the Gerlitzen Alpe ski area with 52 kilometers of fully snow-covered slopes can also be easily reached in about 1 hour by car.
