The 2019 completely renovated and furnished holiday home (half of the house) is located near the port of Mukran on the Jasmund peninsula and is part of the climatic health resort Sassnitz in the quiet district of Dubnitz, not far from the beach Mukran and only 800m from the insider tip beach "Mühle", due to the demolition of the coast and precoat has only recently emerged. In addition, right behind Dubnitz (approx. 1 km walk) is one of the highest elevations in Rügen with a view of the Baltic Sea, as well as small and large Jasmund lagoon.
The building is suitable for allergy sufferers. During the renovation, care was taken to avoid allergens and chemicals. The floors are made of limed natural wood parquet or tiled. The walls were only painted with lime paint. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is only allowed outside the buildings on the terraces.
With a living space of 85 m², the house "Sonne" offers space for up to max. 8 people. If you like it cozy, you can also use the sofa bed in the living room, so that up to 10 beds are possible. The house has two bedrooms, the spacious living room with the half-open kitchen, a large bathroom on the ground floor, an additional small bath / toilet on the upper floor and a storage room.
The living room is equipped with a pull-out corner couch (with sleeping function), TV, and a small hi-fi system with Bluetooth, Aux, radio (FM and DAB digital).
The modern fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, a microwave with grill function, a ceramic hob with four variable cooking zones and an effective extractor hood, as well as a refrigerator with a large freezer compartment. The kitchen equipment also includes a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, as well as extensive other kitchen utensils, cutlery and dishes for 10 people.
The well-equipped bedrooms, each with a large double bed and a pull-out single bed, offer excellent sleeping comfort for up to 4 people and relaxing peace with excellent mattresses - even for those who like to sleep with the window open. There is plenty of storage space in the closets.
Bed linen and towels are to be brought along. The final cleaning is to be carried out by yourself or is ordered for a fee of 50, - Euro.
Parking spaces are directly at the house. Bicycles can be parked in the bicycle shed. 6 bicycles are available.
The town of Dubnitz is very quiet, at night not even a street lamp prevents you from restful sleep.
The house has two terraces - on the east side (morning sun) and west side (evening sun), a campfire site, leisure items such as bicycles, barbecue accessories etc.
In order to avoid unnecessary radiation exposure and in the sense of a relaxing vacation without constant "checking your smartphone" or other "digital inconveniences", there is no WiFi in the house.
