A bathing area on the lake is just a few steps away, the centre with shops and restaurants is approx. 1.4 km away. The approx. 75 m², centrally heated non-smoking house with separate entrance is furnished to a high standard and has a large living room (couch, flat-screen TV, wood-burning stove - use by arrangement, W-LAN) with dining table and open kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, various small kitchen appliances), two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x two single beds) each with an adjoining bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer) and a hallway. There is also a furnished seating area in front of the house and bicycle storage facilities.
There are public car parking spaces in the immediate vicinity and the property can be driven on for loading and unloading. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels and energy and water costs. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this property.
