This was the home place to a working farm in the early 1900's. Four Bedrooms, Dining Room, Full Kitchen, and Living room, and 2 baths. New inside and out, fully insulated with central heat and air, this is a quaint, cozy place to hang your hat while in central Virginia. When I pulled up the carpets to replace, I found 100 year old heart pine flooring. You will immediately feel comfortable and relaxed at Frazier 102....and you get free complimentary use of the Altavista YMCA! Welcome Home!
