Summary: Want to say that this was an exceptional stay at the Fairmont Chengdu The modern Luxury style as shown in the photos and the location of this hotel with the metro being a few meters away appeal to me and it truly befits the premium Fairmont brand it is the staff that have made my recent 6 day stay so memorable. Each mender of the team that I have met was friendly, welcoming and no request was to difficult In particular want to mention the outstanding service offered by the Gold l lounge team Evelyn, June, Mia and Donna They went way and above their duty to ensure that my Vegetarian dietary need where met. Also want to mention he Front desk team Adam and Jeanne for also providing and exceptional service that always welcoming and friendly I highly recommend Fairmont Chengdu any person visiting Chengdu
