Prestigious mansion set between the peaceful green hills of the Marcellise Valley, just 10 km far from Verona, Villa Sogara is a historic house full of charm and tradition. Built during the Middle Ages on the ruins of a Roman settlement, the villa has acquired its actual appearance during the 15th-17th centuries. Over time, the owners have continued to take care of the villa, which now offers to its guests all the comforts of modern times combined with an irresistible historical setting. The Villa is rented entirely to one group of people on a self-catering basis. Its location is ideal for a relaxing holiday surrounded by vineyards and secular trees, for visiting Verona and enjoying its worldwide famous happenings (Arena Opera Festival, Vinitaly, Fieracavalli etc), as well as for reaching quickly many cultural and leisure sites like Mantova, Vicenza, Padova, Ferrara, the Lake Garda and Venice. A private swimming pool is available to guests from June 1st to September 30th.

* The rental rate includes the complete and exclusive residence in the villa, all expenses for water, electricity, gas, air conditioning (June 1st - September 30th), private swimming pool usage, internet adsl wifi access, daily cleaning service for bedrooms and bathrooms (except Sundays), and final cleaning. Linen and towels are provided, including pool towels. Swimming pool is open from the first week of June to the last week of September. From November 1st to April 15th central heating surcharge will apply. Phone bills are not included and must be paid separately. Security/damage deposit of euro 800 cash to be left at arrival, will be reimbursed at check out with the property left in acceptable conditions and with no damage exceeding reasonable wear and tear. Rental payments can be done by credit card online or bank wire transfer. Any stays of less than seven days must be paid in full at the time of booking.
