Summary: We checked in for premiere junior suite and the room was outdated and the king size bed was old and mattress was saggy and hard on my back, did not get good sleep for my 3 nights stay. Was not upgraded because hotel was fully booked. Will not stay in this hotel ever again!!! The staff were rude and don’t want to be bothered with the guests!!!
