You can use the special requests box when booking or contact the property, from monday to sunday, treatments at the spa are available only if booked before arrival, when booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply, please be aware that is mandatory the use of the swimming cap in order to access to the internal pools, pets (dogs and cats) are allowed with prior notice and with a supplement of €30/night per pet (maximum 15kg). the pets are not allowed in the pool, restaurant, beach or spa, pets are allowed in all rooms except the premium terrassa room, spa rules: spa water area open from 9:00-20:00, access to the spa costs 12 eur per person for 2 hours and includes a bathing cap, the use of bathing cap and slippers is mandatory to access the spa, children under 16 years old can access the spa from 11:00 to 13:00, please note that on specific dates such as new year's eve and other holidays, different pension formats and prices are established from the rest of the year (subject to availability).guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
