Summary: Facilities were fantastic, with hot water and flushing toilets. The only negative were the day staff who did not seem very friendly. I put this down to us getting off on the wrong foot, so was glad we were only staying here for two nights. The guy from our previous day -Safari drive was waiting for us at check out -with the day staff- ( all men ) stating we owed him an extra 10 Dollars, but we showed him the exchange rate and offered him the correct amount of one dollar- which he refused. Thus leaving a negative feeling about our whole experience.- Which was a shame as the place is a nice place and the night staff seemed very friendly. No- one even said goodbye to us-in what felt like a very Male unfriendly environment. We were unfortunately very glad to leave here.
