Sit and talk awhile with these farmers/homesteaders, who have been farming for over 50+ years to glean from their experiences.
On our farm, we have chickens, sheep, and cattle. From time to time, we are able to offer a tour to see the animals during feeding time or just a chaperoned visit around to see what farming, gardening and real farm working is like. We hope you will visit us to enjoy the quiet solitude of country living.

Also, on the first Monday weekend before, the World's Largest Flea Market takes place in Canton, TX (only 29 miles from our farm). This makes a great day trip to see everything you can imagine from arts and crafts, antiques (furniture, etc.), to dogs, cats, and chickens for sale. You name it, you can probably find it here! Visitors come from other states just to visit this great flea market. A shopping cart is available to rent for your trip to Canton ($5).
In Seven Points, TX, we have our Big Daddy's Flea Market every weekend, as well. You're welcome to visit and see what they have, too.
