Positive: Staff were really friendly and helpful. Property was spacious and comfortable

Negative: The bed linen smelt of smoke maybe from a previous guest. Tea & coffee facilities would be a bonus in the room

Summary: Clean, spacious and friendly staff. Just unfortunate of the bed linen odour
