Enjoy the relaxing energy of the little house in Apache. This is a quirky one bedroom, 2 bathroom (shower only) house with a full kitchen and separate office. The house is an oldie - but most of it has been rehabbed in 2016. The kitchen has new fridge, R.O water, granite countertops. There is a washer/dryer.
Cuddle up to lovely sunsets at the foothills of Superstition Mountain and surround yourself with the healing energy of ancient Saguaro cactus. There are 11 on the property. The entire house is 800 sf. but feels much larger as it has a big patio and is on 1.25 acres of land. Here you'll get away from the lights and noise of the city whilst enjoying desert climes. Perhaps you'll want to marvel at the Big Dipper outside the living room doors. There is a small telescope inside for viewing.
Golf, restaurants, movies and Shopping are 12-20 minutes away

hummingbirds, a many come to the feeders (as long as you put food in - I can show you how) (either way, I will stop by to feed them )

I consider the house a non-suburban (although there are visible neighbors), non- traditional getaway with good energy and lovely surroundings. The house is small and really just big enough for 1-2 people. The bed size is a "full extra-Long".
Please NO Pets - there is the occasional Coyote roaming through the yard.
The house is on Satellite internet - so if you're in need of lightening fast download speeds and a ton of internet then this is not your best bet.
