Inside the cottage, you'll find a warm and inviting space awash in blues and whites with modern amenities to make you feel at home. With 2 queen beds and 1 full bed, you and your family and friends can relax in this peaceful and wonderful space. The cottage features amenities like AC, WiFi, linens, towels, and a washer/dryer.
In less than a 5 minute walk, you can have the sand under your feet. Access to East Matunuck State Beach is available via a private ramp approximately a 5 minute walk from the house. Deep Hole is less than a 5 minute walk away and is a fantastic surfing spot. While the house does not have a boat, a public boat ramp is also less than a 5 minutes walk. The pond where the boat will enter is ocean accessible!
The cottage is a short drive away from local seafood restaurants, charming bakeries, ice cream stores, shops and a summer theater playhouse. The location is ideal for couples, families, or solo travelers looking for a peaceful seaside escape. Some visit musts:
