▶ This house is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).

▶ We are happy to accommodate small pets in our property. A non-refundable pet fee of $125 will be charged guests who have chosen to bring their furry friends along for their stay.

▶ Our neighborhood observes trash collection every Wednesday. To ensure a smooth process, we recommend setting out the trash can near the street on Tuesday evening. After the pickup is completed, please return the bins to their designated spot. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated and contributes to the serene environment we all enjoy.
▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.
