Summary: Bathroom was dirty, metal drain cover remained propped against the shower wall for 2 days. I left a dress in the closet called hotel on way home to have it returned it took 4 days and 4 phone calls to the property to get anything done- Ebony who claimed to be a manager was rude on the phone even hung up the phone on me toward the end of the conversation but was also the only one who actually sent the link to have said dress mailed back on day four. Finally get a link to have my less than 2lb dress returned to find it will cost $24 which is absolutely insane. Thank you but no. Will definitely not stay here again.
