Welcome to this lovely 36 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Rue Saint-Louis en l'Île in the heart of the Marais. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed, Living Room: 1 Double Sofa Bed. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, microwave-oven combo, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A combination washer-dryer is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.
