Renter's Agreement: Guests must sign the Renter's Agreement to confirm their reservation.
Age min: must be 23 years or older to book
No parties or events allowed.
Guest Limit: A maximum of 4 guests (including babies and children) are allowed. If a reservation exceeds this limit, we reserve the right to ask the guests to leave.
During peak summer season (June 15 - Sept 15), 3 night minimum and all bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps.

Please note: A long-term tenant lives on-site in a separate caretaker suite, in accordance with Tofino bylaws. The tenant occupies the left side of the home.
