Karlsruhe, the Karlsruhe exhibition center, Bruchsal or Speyer can be reached quickly by car.

You enter your approx. 80 sqm temporary home on the first floor on the left and find a spacious entrance area with plenty of space for shoes, jackets and luggage. From here you come to the sunny, small balcony belonging to the apartment, where you can comfortably enjoy your morning coffee or a sundowner in the evening and end the day.
An open wooden staircase leads you from the entrance area to the roof studio.
Here you will find a closed bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), plus another bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 cm), which is open to the studio (curtain). The large, high and very bright studio room through the roof windows is the centerpiece of the apartment. Here you can enjoy your meals at the large dining table with comfortable chairs or spend a nice game night. The cozy seating area with daybed invites you to relax or watch your favorite movie on the TV. If you still have to work, you can do this comfortably at the separate workstation. The 50Mbit WiFi line you only share with the guests of the second apartment in the house.
From the large windows you have a beautiful view to the south-east towards KIT or on the other side to the west towards magnificent sunsets over the Rhine plain. If you are lucky, a stork will fly by very close while enjoying the view.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with two ceramic induction plates, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer, a microwave with grill and a coffee machine. Coffee pods, tea, some spices and cold drinks are ready for you.
The bright bathroom with the large window has a shower with glass partition and a washing machine. Towels, soap, shampoo are provided.
The studio apartment is newly furnished and lovingly designed with original film posters, original advertising signs from the 1960s and own photographs with a hint of maritime flair.
Friendly dogs are welcome with us by arrangement, please let us know BEFORE arrival if you are traveling with your animal, we will be happy to prepare a cozy place to sleep and provide bowls.
