Renovated “Catalina Condo” is a Private 2 Bdrm / 2 Bath condo located in the heart of the Tucson Foothills. Tierra Catalinas is situated in undulating hills with lush desert landscape & walking distance to shopping & restaurants at La Encantada shopping center. Within a short drive to top resort destinations and golf. 750 Mbps Wifi is provided along with basic TV options. 1 reserved parking is provided and additional guest space located near unit.

Sleeping / Bedding is a Queen in master Bedroom, two twins in second bedroom, and a full size sofa sleeper.
All new renovation includes new furniture, kitchen ware, towels and bedding.
Condo is perfect for romantic get away or golfing trip. The condo is situated on first level and is very quiet.
Fully equipped kitchen with nice side patio (electric grill) makes enjoying the fullest of the cooking and prep space. Short walk to La Encantada outdoor shopping center along with the many choices for the are's best dining. The property has pool and fitness and is near some of the areas best golfing options.
Dogs under 50 lbs allowed with pre approval. Separate FEE applies, refer to other rules for details. Fee is billed to you through VRBO on check in. We will send you a notification. No cats, sorry.
Guest access
This property includes self check in with digital entry pad. Your code is activated on day of arrival. An email will be sent to you with your code and the code active your entire stay until check out.
Dedicated covered parking spot located in front of main entry. Short walk down a hill to get to the pool and fitness room. Tennis courts are also available and we have the rackets and balls ready to go.
Additional guest parking is any available “Uncovered” parking space. There are several of these around the unit and more are located up the hill towards back of property.
Propane tank for outdoor grill keys, Gym keys, and Pool keys are located by kitchen island. Please return of there is a $50 fee if lost or taken.
Gym is available next to the pool area.
Other things to note
There is quiet time after 10 pm. Must adhere to CC&R’s and are provided in guest book.
Extra bedding provided in laundry closet.
Pool towels are provided
The main room includes a 65” TV with streaming services.

Master bedroom includes desk/dedicated working space.
Propane grill in patio is for you to use. Propane tank valve (silver valve on top of the tank) is closed, open (turn left) the tank valve to access the propane. Please close (turn right) the propane valve clean grill after use.
