The master bedroom features a luxurious memory foam mattress, guaranteeing a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the island.
Inside, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen and a cozy living area perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. In addition to the indoor amenities, you'll also have access to a private, small heated saltwater pool with ledge loungers. It's the perfect spot to relax and cool off after soaking up the sun and enjoying Rincon's stunning sunsets. Beach towels are provided.

Guest Access:
During your stay at Casa Doce, you'll have full access to the entire property. You'll have exclusive use of the house, which includes three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living area. The house is spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room for you and your group to relax and unwind.
Outside, you'll have access to a private, small heated saltwater pool with ledge loungers, as well as a patio where you can enjoy meals and drinks with your group. We've also added a BBQ grill for your convenience, so you can enjoy a cookout with your group. Beach towels are provided for your convenience.
Overall, Casa Doce is the perfect spot for a relaxing and convenient vacation. You'll have full access to all the amenities of the house, including the new BBQ grill, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Rincon.

Welcome to our exclusive, private, gated community in Rincon, Puerto Rico! Located just steps from the marina beach and various restaurants, our neighborhood is the perfect place to call home during your vacation. The marina beach is a popular spot for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports, while the nearby restaurants offer a range of cuisines to choose from. Our community is also conveniently located near some of the best surf spots on the island, as well as golf courses, hiking trails, and shopping centers. Whether you're looking to catch some waves or relax on the beach, our community has something for everyone. We can't wait to welcome you!
Getting Around:
Please be aware that the private pool at Casa Doce is not fenced or gated, and as such, may not be suitable for small children or non-swimmers. We ask that all guests use caution and supervise any children or non-swimmers at all times around the pool area.
Please also note that parking at Casa Doce is available for up to two vehicles, with one parking spot in front of the townhouse and one on the side. Unfortunately, we do not have space for additional vehicles, but there is ample street parking available outside the gate for your convenience.
Casa Doce is a semi-detached townhouse that requires the use of stairs to access the bedrooms, which may be inconvenient for guests with mobility impairments, such as wheelchairs and/or senior citizens. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and recommend that guests with mobility concerns consider this before booking.
Please also note that Casa Doce is located in a residential area, and as such, we ask that guests respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum after 10 pm. We want all our guests to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a peaceful environment.
Additionally, Casa Doce is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the townhouse or on the pool area. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and healthy environment for all our guests.
Please be advised that we have a maximum occupancy of 6 guests, and unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests or visitors beyond the listed capacity. This is for the comfort and safety of all our guests and to ensure that our property remains in compliance with local regulations.

Our property is professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival, and we use only high-quality linens and towels.
