Positive: Big rooms, quiet, nice and helpful staf. There was a lot of natural ight that shone through the window.

Negative: There's no restaurant, bar or room service which was part of the reason I picked the hotel, so it seems like false advertising. I used the booking.com filters to exclude places without a restaurant so I was disappointed when I arrived. It's in the outskirts of Palermo, next time I'd stay somewhere more central Palermo.
