Summary: I feel some people complain for the sake of it. Yes, there is building work going on in the square that can be nosey if the balcony door is open, it’s public knowledge, the information has been available on Google since February. I had the seafront view apartment. The apartment is great. It’s clean, modern, has all the cooking appliances, ice cold aircon. Locations fine, near shops, restaurants, 5 mins from the seafront. I’d recommend you do get the safety door fixed at the front to give people peace of mind but it doesn’t mean someone can just walk into your apartment…like some of negative reviews have suggested…
