This all ground floor cottage has a king-size double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom, a bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside there is ample off road parking, lockable bike storage and an enclosed, small, lawned garden with patio, furniture and a barbecue. With so much to see and do nearby and the wonderful city of York not far away, Brook Cottage is an ideal holiday base. Please be advised: Electric cars are not able to be charged at this property, there are charging points located in Malton and York. Please note: This property only accepts seven night booking and Friday check ins during peak season (start of April to end of September)
