this renovated, modern and colorful apartment is just an 8-minute walk from the center. It impresses with walnut laminate floors, a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen.
The district is only separated by the Saale River, right at the center. It is a beautiful, quiet and traditional residential area with lots of greenery, mostly old houses, some pubs and restaurants. Some of these are located directly on the Saale and have beautiful beer gardens. Johann Wolfgang Goethe and Friedrich Schiller were at home here. Schiller married in the Schiller Church, just 150m away. Meadows and mountains are right next door. Shops and bakeries can be found in the immediate vicinity. Public transport stops near the apartment.

Dear Sirs and Madames,
here rent a beautiful, sunny, 2 room apartment. The apartment is absolutely close to the center.
The apartment is on the 1st floor and is complete. modernized and has beautiful walnut laminate in addition to the kitchen and bathroom. Of course you will find city guides and all important information, including insiders, about the city of Jena in the apartment.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, dishes and cooking utensils.
There is free internet via WiFi. The rental price includes fresh bed linen and towels, of course. On request you can rent different bicycles for 10 euros per bike and day of rental.
The bathroom is complete. modernized, has a bathtub and washing machine.
The bedroom is very big. Has two large windows that can be left open at night as it is very quiet. Fly screens are also installed. A double bed 2x2 meters and a bunk bed are in this room. 4 people can stay here. Furthermore, the couch can be converted into a bed in the living room for 2 people.
The living room has a flat screen TV with international channels, a comfortable couch, a dining table with space for 6 people, a small minibar and a design coffee table. Of course, access to the large balcony where you can grill and smoke.
The river Saale with its beach is 150 meters away. Here you can lie down on the beach, have a barbecue, go into the water, etc. Adjacent to this is the "Green Fir" inn. Here the 1st Designed the flag from which the German flag as we know it now was created. This is also hoisted here on the building.
Approximately It is 500m to the Ostbad. A beautiful outdoor pool. You can also run, cycle or rollerblade along the Saale.
Late check is not a problem as we can deposit the key in a key safe. Free public parking is available in front of the building.
