The house is well placed. It is very easy to go to the city center thanks to the tram (parking in the hyper center is complex) or to quickly leave Bordeaux to reach the beaches (ring road a few minutes away, Arcachon 45 minutes away).
The main tram line passes 100m from the house.
On the ground floor, you have a large living room of 65m², open kitchen, terrace and garden of 100m² facing south, toilet. There are 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor and the 4th bedroom is on the second floor. There is everything you need to live, cook and sleep comfortably for families or groups of friends.
There is an Auchan supermarket 100m from the house, a bakery, a tobacco shop and a pharmacy. At 400m, you can go to the center of Talence with its halls open every day, its shops as well as wine bars, restaurants and cinema.
For groups that do not have several positive evaluations, I will ask you to provide me with a vacation insurance certificate (integrated into your home insurance).
Passenger access
Are not accessible: two rooms on the 1st floor (closed), storage rooms in the attic.

The street and the neighborhood are very quiet. Only downside to note for sensitive people: there is a railway line below which can cause some trouble when you are in the garden. With these few exceptions, the house is extremely quiet.
