Walk straight into this beautiful and convenient ground level 2 bedroom and 2.5 bath 1250 sf condo that fits the whole family. No stairs or elevators to haul all your things up! The convenient ground floor location can be driven right up to in order to easily unload your belongings and groceries.
There is enough sleeping space for 8 people! The master suite is spacious and sleeps two people comfortably in a queen-size bed. The spare bedroom can sleep three people in a double-single bunk bed. Both bedrooms have full ensuite bathrooms. In addition, the living room couch is a hide-a-bed and can sleep two more guests comfortably. All bedding/towels are available for guests, including beach towels! Update: Due to COVID-19, this accommodation cannot be provided. We ask that all sheets and towels are brought by the renter and taken upon departure.
Enjoy cooking for the whole family in the large kitchen fully stocked and equipped with a full-size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven/stove, coffee maker, and double sink. Dine at the spacious breakfast bar or dining table. All utensils, plate, and glassware, as well as spices and necessary cooking supplies, are available
Have a boat? Walk a short 1 minute down to the marina and jump into your boat! We have a deep water boat slip that can host a boat up to 24', which comes with the property rental! The options are endless...Cruise out to the beautiful lake, stay on the property and swim in the pool, relax in the hot tub, walk 5 min to the public beach/ice cream store, or practice your golf skills on our mini putting green just a step outside your door.
Wash your towels or clothing in the large front load washer and dryer. Detergent provided!
Small dogs are welcome, but must not be off the lease on the property and must be kept in a crate if left alone in the condo. There is an off leash dog park a short drive from the condo or plenty of places to walk to and explore in the area.
Underground parking is also included to park your vehicles or boat trailer.
