Big Blue Ocean is a beautiful five-bedroom split-level residence, with 7,352 Sq. ft (683 Sq. m) of covered space. Located on 2.4 acres, it includes direct beach access with its own private path directly on to Point De Jour Beach where you can swim in the turquoise waters or enjoy a romantic dinner. There is a large infinity pool and Jacuzzi located off the main terrace, with a 2,745 Sq. ft (255 Sq. m) deck, offering views of the Caribbean Sea and the beautiful barrier reef.
External finishes are a blend of stone, adobe-painted cement walls and hardwood windows and doors. Roofs are wallaba shingles which blend naturally into the environment and gives you a feel of been surrounded only by nature.
Through the main entrance you enter the foyer into the large great room with beautiful views. You can relax in the air-conditioning or open the huge folding glass sliding doors which, when fully open bring the outside in whilst capturing the prevailing tropical trade winds of this paradise.
The spacious very well-appointed kitchen comes with stainless steel SMEG appliances. Conveniently located off the kitchen are the laundry room and service bathroom.
The right wing of the villa has three bedrooms, the master bedroom which is just three steps up from the great room has a private media room adjacent to it. The master bedroom also has a large walk-through closet and is set up to enjoy the picturesque scenery of the ocean. A few steps down from the great room are two more bedrooms, both have en-suite bathrooms, large closets and a private veranda with views of the ocean.
In the left wing of the villa you will find the study/media room which can also be converted into a bedroom as it has a fold-out- sofa bed. There are two more bedrooms in the left wing, one has two double beds and the other a king-size bed, they both have en-suite bathrooms, central air conditioning, ceiling fans and private verandas. You will experience elegant yet comfortable indoor and outdoor living with an ambiance that is relaxing and romantic.
