Beautiful luxury villa Atrium is located in a small, picturesque town Ruskamen near the town of Omiš in Central Dalmatia. This beautiful villa owes its uniqueness to a special position 10 m away from the seashore.
The fairy-tale style of this renovated villa, built in the middle of the last century is reflected in its rustic façade, which resembles a castle from some past times. Accommodation capacity for a maximum of eight people, the villa has total of four bedrooms on the first and second floor. On the first floor there are two rooms with ensuite bathrooms, while two other rooms and one additional bathroom are on the second floor.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious living room with a beautiful fireplace, a dining room with eight seats and a fully equipped kitchen.
The yard of the villa is equipped with a large pool measuring 5.5 x 13.5 m and 1.5 m deep. Around the pool there are eight deck chairs where you can enjoy hot summer afternoons protected by the shade of pine trees.
