The single family house built in 2000 is located close to the golf course and yacht port. On sunny position with mountain view it lays at the edge of the village bordering the large agricultural area of Ascona. In front of the dining room on the mezzanine floor there is a covered terrace/balcony with access to the garden area. This is partially surrounded by a green hedge and Mediterranean planting with palm trees, rododendros, olive trees, etc. The sunbathing/playing area as well as the pergola with garden furniture invite you to a nice stay outdoors. The mezzanine floor includes the entire living area, while the 2 sleeping areas are on the upper and lower floor. Driveway until house. 2 reserved parking spaces in a row, one of which is covered. Bus stop about 800m. Shops about 1 km. Lido Ascona and golf course about 1,2 km. Village center and lake promenade about 1,5 km. Bed/kitchen linen and washing machine available. Pets permitted.
