This beautiful, completely renovated town-home with a boat slip is located on the bay in the much sought-after community of The Sanctuary at Heron Harbor. The community amenities include two outdoor pools, lighted tennis courts (fees may apply), open green space, trails, and waterfront walking piers. There are quiet side streets for walking and biking and it’s a short walk to the beach, food stores, restaurants and shopping. Also nearby is an indoor ice skating rink (at the Carousel resort) and Northside Park, a 58-acre municipal complex that includes a large playground, ball fields, a gymnasium, picnic areas, jogging paths, a fishing lagoon and a 1/4 mile fishing/crabbing pier. The back deck of this space looks out directly at the aforementioned pier where there are fireworks every Sunday night that are able to be enjoyed from the comfort of the newly install trex back deck space that includes a table that seats 10.

The first floor includes a completely renovated open floor plan with a large entertaining, dining table that allows seating for up to 12 utilizing both the table and counter height seating. The gourmet kitchen features custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances including an induction stove, quartz counter tops and ample storage in both the cabinets and large closet. All of your cooking supply needs (pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc. are included). In addition there is a full washer and dryer provided in the space. Right off the kitchen/dining area is a half bath. When you walk from the kitchen to the living space in the completely open floor plan you are able to enjoy beautiful bay front views from the large glass slider wall. The living space provides ample seating and is open to the kitchen and dining areas for easy of entertainment and gathering. There is a large 65 inch television perched on a shiplap wall that is connected to wifi and is connected to a google chromecast- although with the beautiful views of the water, we doubt you'll need it.
After walking up the beautiful center-piece custom stairs, you enter the second floor that has the high-end flooring continued up the stairs and into the hallway. This floor features 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 fall bathrooms. The master bathroom (1 Queen) includes a custom ensuite with a spectacular walk in shower and double vanity in addition to a spacious walk in closet space. In addition, the master has its own deck space to look out at the bay front view every morning. The second bedroom includes a Queen bed. The Third bedroom includes shiplap all around and 3 gorgeous twin, built-in bunk beds each fitted with its own light and outlet fitted with charging USB ports. This room also has its own small deck space.
Situated on a canal with a private boat slip, the homesite offers access to Assawoman Bay and surrounding waterways for boating, fishing, jet skiing and other activities enjoyed by water enthusiasts. The region is noted for its abundance of top-tier golf courses, deep sea fishing excursions, proximity to Assateague Island and Ocean City's popular 3-mile Boardwalk. So whether it's the Beach or the Bay or everything in between that you enjoy, this comfortable, smartly-designed home is the ideal setting for families looking to share a fabulous vacation destination!
With a wonderfully maintained grounds, you will see that the grass space behind the home is great for cornhole (provided with the rental) and other yard games. We also include a grill to make your outside experience full too. The best part of this house is the back deck. The sunsets are spectacular.
This place has all that you need to enjoy your stay. Quick walk to food, the beach, on the bay, a boat slip, fireworks, sunsets, a pool, quiet relaxing area set back from the hustle bustle but not so far you can't be a part of it. Make this your next vacation spot!
