Payment Terms & Conditions
For companies referring guests, whether the guest is paying personally or the company is covering the account (without approved credit terms):
Short stays (under 1 week): $100 deposit required by check-in
Short-term bookings (up to 4 weeks): $250 deposit + 4 weeks paid upfront (within 72 hours of confirmation)
Mid-term bookings (5 to 13 weeks): $500 deposit + 4 weeks paid upfront (within 72 hours of confirmation)
Long-term bookings (13+ weeks): $1,000 deposit + 4 weeks paid upfront (within 72 hours of confirmation)
ðŸ"¹ A $100 cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit for stays longer than 5 weeks.
ðŸ"¹ Accounts must always maintain a minimum of 4 weeks in credit.
ðŸ"¹ Car parking available at $35 per car, per week for stays under 3 months.
