CasaHermoza, has 4 spacious bedrooms, Safe and secure community with swimming pool at Porton del Mar in Playas, security 24/7 few minutes away from Paseo Mall and direct access to the beach by walking a couple of minutes. Comfortable 4 bedrooms fully furnished home with hot water and air conditioning. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a spacious balcony, TV and its own ensuite (bathroom). The other 3 bedrooms has full size or double size beds. One of the bedrooms is located on the main floor with its own spacious bathroom ideal for an older person who cannot climb the stairs.
This house is furnished and equipped for 8 persons including children. House comes with washer machine, pots and pans, plates, rice cooker, blender, microwave, stove(gas) fridge etc. and a second TV in the living room.
Enjoy a nap on the hammock(the house has one) and feel the breeze and sound of the ocean or read a book on the balcony feeling the ocean breeze .
On the weekends enjoy breakfast and lunch right on the beach, few steps from the house were you can enjoy seafood at great prices and very fresh, ask for Don Miguel and Sra Rosita hut. arroz con pescados frito, ceviches, and drinks.
This house has 3 AC (Inverters) plus 1 AC that is portable. To rent this house a deposit is needed. Prefer to rent per week or 3 days minimum with a discount of 20% on after the fourth night, no aplicable on long weekends.
Restrain from noise and no visitors are allowed. Departure is at 11am, but we can be flexible. The electricity consumption is covered by renter.

Disfrute de una siesta en la hamaca(la casa tiene hamaca) escuchando y sintiendo la briza de el mar o leyendo un libro favorito desde el balcon de CasaHermoza, con salida directa a la playa amoblada con buen gusto y confortable de 4 dormitorios con agua caliente y aires acondicionados en ciudadela cerrada, Porton del Mar(Km 3.5), con piscina para adultos y ninos a pocos minutos del Paseo Mall. El dormitorio master tiene cama queen, su propio bano y salida a un amplio balcon con mirada al mar y televisor los otros 3 dormitorios tienen camas dobles, un dormitorio en la planta baja con su propio amplio bano apropiado para persona mayor q no pueda subir las escaleras. Esta casa esta amoblada y equipada para 8 personas incluyendo ninos, tiene lavadora, vajilla, ollas, platos, olla arrocera, licuadora, microondas, cocina(gas)y una cocineta de una ornilla electrica,tetera electrica refrigeradora grande, lavadora etc.
Los fines de semana no se vaya sin almorzar en la playa, saliendo por la piscina a mano derecha pregunte por don Miguel y la Sra Rosita, la comida es excelentemente rica, los precios son convenientes, arroz con pescado frito, o con filete(no espinas) ceviches y bebidas , y a dormir en las hamacas que tienen, voila!!
La casa tiene 3 Aires inverters y uno rodante. Preferible rentar por semana o minimo de 3 noches con un descuento de 20% en la cuartanoche, no aplica a fines de semana larga. Para rentar esta casa se require deposito. El arrendatario cubre los gastos de electricidad. Los pagos seran en moneda americana.
Este es un lugar tranquilo, no permitido hacer bulla y seguir el manual de convivencia. Salida antes de la 11am pero somos flexibles. Gracias por leer y a disfrutar de la playa!
