Summary: Can't say enough good things about Alux! My friend and I visited Placencia for our Birthdays and were originally booked at other accomadations. We left the other place after one night and found Alux. What a gem! It is in the heart of the village. Everything is walkable, with lots of options for food, shopping and fun. The room as lovely, clean, cool and spacious. It was so well appointed too! Coffee and filters, small appliances, spacous modern kitchen, thick bath towels, toiletries and so forth. We are planning a return trip for 2026!
