Located on our Kermarc’h site but away from the farmhouse and cottage ( 1 unit ) there is Maison Madeleine which accommodates 15 in 6 bedrooms/ 4 bathrooms . These two adjoining cottages let as one unit were converted from an old 17 th century house and stable and offer very bright, comfortable accommodation. Maison Madeleine shares access to the swimming pool with the farmhouse and cottage.
There are two ground floor bedrooms ( a double and a twin)
Upstairs are 3 family bedrooms each with a double and single bed and one double bedroom
There are two shower/toilets on the ground floor and two bathroom /toilets upstairs
The houses have an open plan lounge/ kitchen and are well fitted with oven/hob,fridge/freezers,microwaves etc

There are French doors opening on to the patio area with tables and chairs,parasols and BBQs
This property is very popular with holidaymakers with young children as you are able to sit outside and relax whilst the children play safely in view on the fort/swings/playhouse etc.

Only 40 minutes from the coast you will find our lovely 17/18th century hamlet of Kermarch set in 4 acres of trees, fields and gardens. Here on site you will enjoy swimming in our professionally installed 12 x 6m heated, fenced swimming pool with a shallow end and Roman steps. The pool is heated and is normally open from the end of May to the end of September. The pool is sheltered and well positioned to be in full sun all day with tables, chairs, parasols and sun loungers to relax on. Also in the grounds is a boules court, trampoline with safety net, table tennis, children’s swing and slide, child s playhouse and activity centre, swingball, table football and badminton. We also have a large field that is kept cut for ball games (football, cricket and rounders) so that the young ones can play within sight but without disturbing the adults. Lots of space for parking in the grounds. Well behaved dogs may be accepted.There are 2 properties set in 4 acres at Kermarch with a large heated and fenced swimming pool and are suitable for large family groups/friends.
