Roquetas de Mar is the foremost tourist location on the Costa Almeria and is where the Spanish holiday began. The Almeria region boasts over 3000 hours of sunshine per year and the lowest rainfall in Europe, which makes it a great place for winter holidays as well as a fantastic summer resort. Roquetas de Mar is set on flat terrain which makes it an ideal holiday place for those in wheelchairs or pushing prams. The apartment is only a 30 minute drive from Almeria airport.
