Review Score: 6

Summary: Elevator was not working. Bathrooms were not working. Coffee machines were not working. Check-in was a hassle. I complained to reception on several occasions to fix the bathroom but it wasn’t taken care of the entire floor smelled like poop. The entire staff was rude and not helpful except for Basem and the Kind Indian girl at the reception. My stay was very unsanitary and I would never stay here again. I request a refund.
