A charming flowered terrace invites you to enjoy your meals outdoors, while a shared garden with the owner adds a touch of serenity to your stay.
You will have the privilege of going on walks and hikes from the gîte, ideally located in this hamlet removed from the village, in the heart of the Clairette de Die vineyard, offering a breathtaking view of the 3 Becs mountain. The terraced house has an entrance as well as independent terraces for your comfort. The tranquil environment invites you to relax, while providing easy access to a multitude of outdoor activities such as canoeing and swimming nearby.
You will be greeted by a charming sunny terrace leading to the kitchen. Going down a few steps, you will discover a lounge area equipped with a comfortable convertible sofa that can accommodate two people. The corridor then leads you to three bedrooms: a first with two 90190 beds, a second with a 140200/190 bed, and a bathroom including a shower and toilet (a renovation is planned for November 2024).
Outside, below, Patrice invites you to enjoy his garden offering a breathtaking view of the Trois Becs, as well as a second covered terrace, ideal for relaxing outdoors.
