During peak season starting mid May - mid September enjoy weekly rentals starting Saturday to Saturday. Any other time, enjoy a 3 night minimum stay depending on the season. We're happy to work with you on check in and check out times to make your vacation perfect! Small fee applies to early check in/late check out when available.
Keyless Entry for all guests - There is no need to pick up or drop off keys! Owner will provide code just prior to check in date. Property management services available 24 hours a day.
Hot tub open year round. Pool is scheduled to open for the 2026 season on April 1 and is scheduled to close in mid October. We can be flexible with these dates, just ask.
Price includes linen rentals for all reservations. Linen rental includes beds to be made, 1 bath towel/washcloth per person, 2 kitchen pot holders, 5 bath mats and 6 hand towels. Final price also includes 15.5% local and state tax. VRBO requires a card on file for damage protection. Please be aware your card may be charged for property damage up to $5,000. Your card will not be charged unless damage has been confirmed by both parties. Above and beyond the mandatory property damage protection/security deposit options, VRBO will offer additional, optional trip insurance to cover your stay in case you need to cancel close to the check in day.
