No sharing of any spaces - you rent the entire property that includes two levels in the VIlla. The top floor has living spaces and kitchen with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and the bottom level has a fiesta living space, kitchen with dishwasher and an espresso machine, 3 bedrooms, and attached 3 bathrooms. **Please note these three rooms are connected by a private outdoor balcony space.**
You'll also have access to our newly built Garden of Eden pool area located just a short drive down the hill. This expansive pool area is for the exclusive use of our guests, including any staying at our other Villa (Villa Jardin). If there is no one renting Villa Jardin, you will have private use. If we have other guests, we'll gladly arrange alternate usage so you have your own private time at the pool - especially as part of our commitment to guests to better manage your safety during Covid-19.
The Garden of Eden Pool area offers a large infinity-edge pool with two swim-up bar areas, Spanish-style gazebo, men's and women bathrooms, outdoor showers, painted murals. plenty of sunbathing area and beautifully landscaped with grass, palm trees and flowers.
Your Villa sits on a hill overlooking the Atlantic Ocean out the back and El Yunque National Rainforest out the front. The views are stunning in all directions! When you arrive you'll find two huge covered balconies with unbelievable ocean-views from Fajardo to Rio Grande, lounge chairs, comfy sectionals, hammock, dining table, gas grill, outdoor shower and washer/dryer.
As you enter your Villa, you will enjoy air-conditioning, backup power and water, large bedrooms, two master suites ( one with kitchenette), two full well-equipped kitchens with breakfast bar, dining room, and a desk & large flat-screen TV in the living room.
Your Villa is centrally located for all that the eastern end of the island has to offer.
the San Juan International Airport is less than 40 minutes away, the Ceiba Ferry to Vieques & Culebra Islands is only 20 minutes, and you are just a short drive from the famous Luquillo Beach and Kiosks (Kioskos).
