This is a Puerto Rican Style home located on a hilltop near the end of a cul-de-sac. Overlooking El Yunque National Rainforest, just 35 mins to San Juan airport & Old San Juan, 5 miles from rainforest & breathtaking local beaches, & plants & fruit trees to enjoy. Family friendly with Pack and Play, booster seats and sound machines available.
The home has three bedrooms (one king suite and two queens), with two bedrooms, a kitchen, dining room, and spacious living room areas. There is also patio space outside with outdoor seating.
The guest have access to the entire house (which is on the lower level of the property), their patio, which is private, and the back yard, which is shared.
Parking can be done in front of the house. We also have permission for you to park on the grass of the blue house across the street.
Tranquil luquillo hilltop neighborhood. There is no through traffic so it's a very peaceful area. Most of the neighbours are retired and enjoying island life in "el campo".
You will need a rental car or other motor vehicle to get around from here to other locations such as the beach, airport, and local restaurants.
