Boaters Dream!! LL has over 130 feet of deep water dockage. 60' of protected water on the canal side, and 70' of dockage on the ocean. LL sits right on Vaca Cut making it just seconds to get to the Gulf. LL is steps from Cap't Hooks Marina providing boat fuel, fishing supplies and tours of all kinds.
The Canal Side of LL has a large dedicated bait/fish freezer, fish cleaning table with water, Additional Water hookup for cleaning boats and 110 elec to left of the boat lift, and an Outdoor shower.
The Pool Side of LL has an Amazing pool with lush tropical vegetation for beauty and privacy. The professionally serviced Pool is 5’11” deep and 12.3 x 23.9 feet in size. Pool and landscape lighting provide ambience and safety. Amazing!

Ground level Main Floor affords immediate convenience to the outside! No stairs!! Huge windows throughout the home for enjoying all the Water from indoors! The Main floor has a newly remodeled Kitchen with stone, stainless, tile and stocked with all kitchen cooking necessities, and an amazing Open Floor Plan with custom coastal furniture for effortless entertaining! Four person counter seating at the large granite island and a large table with seating for six. Leather Couch, Loveseat and numerous chairs allow lots of room for family fun!
Primary bedroom with en-suite custom remodeled bathroom, king bed and amazing water views. Second main floor bedroom has Two Queen Beds and amazing water views. Marble hallway bathroom has been recently custom remodeled and includes tub and shower.
Upstairs has two newly decorated bedrooms with new hardwood flooring and a shared brand new custom remodeled bathroom. Bedroom 1 is large and has three twin beds, sitting area and amazing Ocean views. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, sitting area and canal views. Each bedroom upstairs has their own mini split AC unit.
