Just 1 hour from Valence and Grenoble and 2 hours from Lyon, in the Léoncel - Saint Jean en Royans - Vassieux en Vercors triangle, the Dragoux gîtes offer you a unique place in the heart of an isolated clearing in unspoiled nature. In the fall, the address is idyllic for observing and listening to the roar of the deer! Eric has passionately renovated this 14th-century hayloft. A successful project, the house now houses 4 adjoining studios for 2 to 5 people that can accommodate up to 14 people. You won't have time to get bored between the peace and quiet, the view, the discovery of Royans-Vercors (hiking, canyoning, skiing (Font d'Urle resort 20km away), historical sites, spectacular passes and roads, culinary specialties...), the wellness area. 20 minutes away, Saint-Jean-en-Royans has many shops: tourist office, supermarket, bakery, delicatessen, restaurants, banks, hairdresser, bookstore, optician, tennis, swimming pool, "l'arbre à fil" adventure park.
The Chamois gîte is adjoining the Chevreuil and Biche gîtes and has a connecting door that can be opened on request with the Chevreuil n°G59011. It is arranged on the 1st floor and in duplex: 1st level living room, shower room, separate toilet. 2nd level: attic mezzanine (2x90x200). For your exclusive use: 9m² balcony facing south with unobstructed view. To be shared with the 3 gîtes: parking, fire pit, relaxation room (games, reading, fireplace) and wellness room equipped with a 2-person spa and a sauna/hammam you can choose between a traditional sauna with dry heat or for a gentle steam. We live 2 minutes away by car (950m), we will welcome you in a friendly atmosphere. Access to the gîtes ends with 500m unpaved. For the well-being of your animals and everyone else, we rely on everyone's responsibility. Please note: the premises are not fenced! The wellness area is prohibited to those under 18 years of age.
