This treehouse is three metres above the ground and has great views of the forest because of its large window. It is located on a holiday park where back-to-the-nature prevails. The park is home to the most exciting climbing park and the most adventurous mini-golf in Limburg! The park has a private spa with sauna for rent for two hours that can be booked in advance. The surrounding area offers endless walking and cycling routes to explore. Bicycles can be rented at reception. Walking and cycling routes are also available there.
Layout
To enter this beautiful treehouse, you climb the stairs and walk past the hot tub and across the terrace, where you can enjoy the enchanting views. The cosy living area features a wood-burning stove. The compact kitchen includes a 2-burner gas hob, fridge, a sink and plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. For your daily coffee moment, a Bialetti is at your disposal. Don't forget to bring the ground coffee for this! The tap water is drinkable. The sleeping area connects directly to the living area, creating an open space. There is room for four people, consisting of two double beds. The top two beds are reached via a staircase. The bathroom is equipped with a shower stall, toilet, bathroom cabinet and an electric heater. The treehouse is equipped with a covered terrace with a gas barbecue. Sit cosily at the table under the atmospheric lighting and enjoy the beautiful nature! You can also enjoy the beautiful view from the hot tub! The car can be parked in the central car park near the entrance.

A starter pack for the wood stove is provided, extra wood you can chop yourself at the wood corner.
The hot tub has a wood-burning stove and warm-up takes about two hours. The hot tub is not heated on arrival. Wood for the hot tub is available at the wood corner.

Your horse is also welcome and horse boxes can be rented for EUR 25 per night. You can contact reception for this. There is an equestrian route network near the park.
Surroundings
Maaseik is a town located in the north-east of the Belgian province of Limburg. It is the birthplace of the painter brothers Van Eyck. The historic centre is worth a visit, with Musea Maaseik, the Regional Archaeological Museum and the church treasures of St Catherine's Church, which includes the oldest gospel book. Maaseik is a nice shopping town, where it is good to relax on a terrace on one of Belgium's most beautiful market squares. A stone's throw from the city, Heerenlaak marina is a nice stopover during a cycling or walking tour.
