Spot the egrets in the saltmarsh and the bitterns in the reed beds at Rye Harbour Nature Reserve. In winter, you will see the circling lapwings. If its beach and sand dunes that inspire you, head to Camber for bracing walks in the winter along the beach, sunshine filled picnics amongst the dunes in the summer or learn how to kite surf.
