The Pool and Grounds
The pool terrace is the main outdoor hub. The pool is 8.5 by 4 metres, with a shallow end of 1 metre and a deep end of 1.75 metres. Pool heating is optional. Please contact us for more information and price. Sun loungers are arranged around the terracotta terrace and a separate poolside gazebo has a bar, seating and a bathroom. There is also an outdoor fridge, freezer and small coal BBQ. The pool area is on the lower-ground floor level

Away from the pool, the gardens are mature and well maintained, with tall palms, jacaranda trees, flowering shrubs, a small stream, and a stone fountain. The pool table is positioned under a covered open terrace overlooking the gardens, with ivy-covered arches and a view across the lawns. On the ground floor there are two adjoining dining areas by a large gas BBQ. One is outdoor and the other is inside. They are made up of long tables put together.
Location
The surrounding area is quiet and green, with golf courses immediately adjacent. Marbella is approximately 25 minutes by car. Estepona is approximately 25 minutes. Ample parking for 8 cars makes arrivals straightforward for large groups coming from Malaga Airport. Benahavís village is around 17 minutes by car up the hill and is one of the better-known places to eat on the Costa del Sol, sometimes referred to locally as the dining room of Andalucia. The village centre has a good concentration of restaurants covering traditional Spanish, Mediterranean and international cooking, many with terrace dining on cobbled streets. The property works well as a base for day trips. Ronda, one of Andalucia’s most visited historic towns, is approximately one hour by car and makes a full day out. Marbella old town, Estepona, Gibraltar and the Sierra de las Nieves National Park are all within reach. The area has a Mediterranean climate with long warm summers and mild winters. Being in the hills, temperatures can be a few degrees cooler than on the coast, which is welcome in the height of summer. Spring and autumn are often good for golf, walking and outdoor dining. Winter can bring cooler and occasionally rainy spells. December to February are the quieter months and while sunny days are common, pack layers and do not rely on beach weather.
